Making a Cutout Cindy Lou Who Cutout from The Grinch Who Stole Christmas

Let's kick of the 2023 Christmas builds with a fun quick cutout from a classic animated movie, How the Grinch Stole Christmas. I have watched this cartoon every year since my childhood and what better way to celebrate it than with the greatest Who of them all, Cindy Lou Who. In this video I made my cutout from: 24 mm, 10 mm, and 6 mm EVA foam, fencing wire, contact cement, super glue, Plasti Dip, spray paint, and some acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: a Dremel with various bits, heat gun, and Exacto knife or box cutter.
