Making a Chain Cloak Clasp

Viking Link needs some bling to hold his cloak closed on those cold Texas nights. LOL. In this build I do a little bit of everything, designing, laser cutting, sculpting, molding, casting, gilding, chainmail necklacing (sure that's the words) and lots of sanding. All of that to make a little chain cloak clasp for my Viking Link Cosplay mashup. For this build I used: sculpey, 1/8 inch acrylic sheet, Free Form Air exopy clay, chainmail links, screw eyelets, silicone molding kit, Smooth Cast 300, gold leaf, gilding adhesive, gilding varnish, super glue, acrylic paint pens, spray paint, and some Plaid FX acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: laser cutter, a Dremel with various bits, clay sculpting tools, and Exacto knife or box cutter.
