Foam Crafting a Painting and Frame

Is a MEME on the wall really a MEME at all? I might not know the answer to that but I do know that the Homer backing into the bushes meme makes me laugh every time I see it. So why not make it a permanent fixture on my wall? For this build I used: 10 mm, 6 mm, and 4 mm EVA foam, 10 mm and 15 mm EVA dowels, one 16X20 canvas, contact cement, super glue, Plasti Dip, spray paint, permanent markers, and some acrylic paint pens. You may also need the following tools: a Dremel with various bits, heat gun, and Exacto knife or box cutter.
