Continuing in my horror field approach to Halloween this year, I built Hannibal Lecter's mask from the 1991 movie The Silence of the Lambs. For this build, I used: 6 mm EVA foam, 1 inch elastic banding, metal fencing wire, contact cement, super glue, Plasti Dip, spray paint, and some acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: a Dremel with various bits, a heat gun, and an Exacto knife or box cutter.
