Hey my cutie patooties — in this vlog I’m literally living my best ✨Pink Pilates Princess✨ life. I start the day in my pink-and-white White Fox set (yes, the fit was giving) and we do the most important pre-workout ritual first: coffee. I talk about my whole “coffee before workout — yay or nay?” situation because for me it genuinely gives that extra boost of energy and motivation, especially on days where I’m not at 100%. Then I take you through my movement + mindset day: reformer Pilates first (beginner-friendly, around 20 minutes at my gym) focusing on abs, arms, and back, and then my gym routine is more lower-body focused. I also share the real talk that I change intensity depending on how I feel — especially because I was basically at the end of my period and it was harder to push through. My biggest takeaway is progress is better than perfection, and if you’re new, there’s nothing embarrassing about not knowing every move or lifting lighter. After gym, it’s clean-space-clean-mind time. I show you my real messy room moment and my easiest motivation hack: set a 5-minute timer, put your favorite song on, and just start. I also end up editing videos for my mom’s brand (so exciting), so it’s a full day-in-the-life: wellness, routines, and getting my life together — pink edition.
