In this weekly vlog, I’m taking you through a real week of balancing uni and my casual work shifts in Australia—without pretending I’m productive 24/7. You’ll see my mornings start with skincare, gua sha, and my gratitude journal (and yes, I was proud of myself for actually finishing meditation). I also get ready with a simple fit check moment because you guys know I love accessorizing, and then it’s straight into lectures, campus time, and figuring out how to make my timetable work when trimester life gets busy. I also chat honestly about how my week is set up (uni on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday, and longer shifts on Tuesday/Friday/Thursday) and how I try to move things around so I don’t miss workshops. Between classes, I do little life-admin tasks like cleaning my makeup bag, planning, and making calls (even though I literally hate being on calls). After work, I reset my room even if it’s already clean—because it’s just a habit that helps my brain feel calmer. And for my de-stress routine: I’m very serious about unwinding. I play games on my iPad (Dr. Driving is my obsession), edit a bit, and remind you that self-care can be simple—like a quick room reset, journaling, or doing something fun before bed so you can emotionally reset too.
