It's the first day of 2026 so let's start with some accountability when it comes to my candle collection. The urge to stock up on favorites still get's me, but I am proud of how far I have come compared to how I used to shop for home fragrance. I still create a yearly budget and hold myself accountable that way as well. I do not spend more than I allot at the beginning of the year. I get a lot of tips throughout the year doing floral deliveries so I always apply that money to candles since it was money I was not necessarily expecting to come in. If you do not have a budget or you just purchase based on vibes, I would highly recommend creating one and tracking things so that you don't go overboard.
