I popped into the Dr. Martens repair set-up in Soho because my Chelsea boots have cracked where the toe bends, and I wanted to know what’s possible. They have a clear repairs menu and you can drop shoes off in-store to be sent away, plus they also do trade-in for 20% off a new pair. They don’t repair the leather uppers, so for my issue it’s more of a cobbler or careful glue-job situation.
