Failed Root Canal Case: Infection, Cyst, Extraction & Prep for Dental Implants

In this video, Dr. Vane discusses a case about a patient with a large infection.  The patient had previously gotten two root canals at another dentist, one of which had failed and created a nasty infection. We extracted the two teeth and a huge cyst, then cleaned the area out using the laser and ozone. We then packed the cavities with osteogenic synthetic bone mixed in with PRF (made from her own blood).  In a couple months, we should be able to place two implants.
