Meet our alumni | Dr David Motorniak

Dr David Motorniak is a graduate from Monash University in 2022 and awardee of the 2025 Fulbright Anne Wexler Scholarship in Public Policy. Currently, David is a graduate student at Harvard Medical School, completing the Master of Science in Bioethics, including classes at the Harvard Chan Public Health School. A proud Monash alum, David worked as a medical registrar at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and holds a Master of Public Health from James Cook University. He is passionate about the role of ethics in shaping future public health policy and exploring applications toward Australian challenges. His current work focuses on e-cigarette policy, and he looks forward to returning to Australia in 2026.
