I’m sure they could be revised and adjusted to accommodate other cooking methods, I just haven’t personally tried!* - 1 lb ground turkey - 1 whole sweet onion diced - 2 tablespoons of minced garlic - 1 cup of beef broth - 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon soy sauce - 3 tablespoon tomato paste - 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tablespoon chili powder - 1 tablespoon cumin - 1 teaspoon italian seasoning - 2 cans of pinto beans drained and rinsed - 28 to 30 ounces of diced tomatoes - Brown meat with some salt and pepper or whatever way you prefer to season your meat. - Add in the diced onion and minced garlic until almost translucent - Add in broth, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, tomato paste, all seasonings, and unsweetened cocoa to the meat. Incorporate everything well so there’s no clumps and everything is nicely blended together. - Once that is done add in the rinsed beans. Without mixing or stirring, try to distribute beans evenly on top of the meat mixture. - Top everything with the tomatoes, again, trying to distribute evenly. - Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes ending with a quick release when the time is up. - Let sit to cool off in some bowls for a little, then add in your favorite chili toppings and enjoy! // Felix’s Swedish Meatball recipe https://youtu.be/4awKvTfgKfU // Other food info - Pizzas cooked at 325 degrees for 7 minutes in a convection oven - Cookies baked at 325 degrees for 4-5 minutes until outside is visibly done.
