Pathoma is one of my favorite pathology resources because Dr Sattar explains not just what goes wrong, but also what’s supposed to happen first—so the disease mechanism actually makes sense. The accompanying book is amazing because it summarizes the lectures and includes histology slides. It’s really useful when your school loves to test slide recognition and differentiating similar diseases.
