The MPMan was the world's first portable mp3 digital music player, released in Japan in the spring of 1998 and in the US only a couple of months later. A year from its 20th anniversary, I got my hands on a rare, complete-in-box original Saehan MPMan F-20, and in this video I bring you the experience of creating, transferring and listening to early digital music files on the very earliest of players. It was a lot different than the experience today! I realize that at various points I mixed up inches and millimeters, hundreds and thousands, and kilobits and megabits. This is why I usually use a script! If you'd like to try to find one of these to collect, here's a link to an Ebay search: http://ebay.to/2oaJfT7 Though I might be tempted to sell you mine.
