Is Gen Z the worst generation to work with? With all of the new workplace trends being talked about on social media, it's no surprise that more and more workers are identifying generational divides in the workplace. In recent years, there was major discussion around Quiet Quitting, and Why Quiet Quitting was the best thing that Gen Z ever did. Many baby boomers, managers, and CEO's fought back against the trend. Even more recently, RTO, return to office, remote work, and hybrid work have caused division in the workplace. Coffee Badging and other working class behaviors have been identified as ways to achieve work-life balance. But the overarching theme, between most workplace trends and debates over the past decade - is a battle between young and old. Gen Z workers are not working the way that past generations have. Many managers are unsure of how to manage and deal with Gen Z in the workplace. Do you think Gen Z is in the wrong? Or are these companies wrong? Is Gen Z the most difficult generation to work with?
