Gen Z is a DISASTER...

Gen Z has largely become a generation of doomers - cynical of their economic and social futures. Gen Z, different from past generations, is up against a series of unique challenges. Economic crisis, digital culture, isolation, and government scandals have shaped Gen Z's upbringing and development in the modern world. This generation, like Gen Alpha, was largely raised with access to social media and the internet. Baby Boomers, and other older generations, have watched Gen Z's development, often with bitterness. As a whole, Gen Z is reliant on the dopamine provided by their phones and social media. This is unlike any previous generation in America. But nonetheless, Gen Z has become more conservative and traditional in a number of ways. While this generation is facing all sorts of new and unique issues - they're trying to find their way in a crazy digital world. In recent years, there was major discussion around Quiet Quitting, and Why Quiet Quitting was the best thing that Gen Z ever did. Many baby boomers, managers, and CEO's fought back against the trend. Even more recently, RTO, return to office, remote work, and hybrid work have caused division in the workplace. Coffee Badging and other working class behaviors have been identified as ways to achieve work-life balance. Gen. Z has quickly become a change agent to American society and American workplaces.
