Today we examine how the Baby Boomer generation has set up America's youth for failure. We examine the economic factors, social pressures, and changing political landscape of the United States under the older generation. For example, the national debt of the united states has exploded in recent years, under what's largely baby boomer control. Welfare spending has exploded over the boomer lifetime as well. Welfare spending and welfare programs have nearly doubled since the 1960's. It's an unsustainable system that's been thrusted on Gen Z to pay or pass onto the next generation. In short, there's a variety of problems that baby boomers have created or passed onto Gen Z youth. While I think America's youth is full of flaws, I think we have a chance to grow up and create positive change for future generations. Ok Boomer has become a meme in the past year because so many young people feel as though the Baby Boomer generation is simply out of touch with the realities of growing up today. And I mostly agree with this - the world is a vastly different place today than it was when baby boomers grew up in a booming, growing economy. We've got to figure out these issues together, and with God. We've got this y'all. Share your thought with me in the comment section. LOVE, Mitch
