Sewing a Vintage Dress Replica - Creating the Vintage that Got Away with Miss MonMon

We are off on another Vintage Sewing Adventures but this time, we are no longer regretting the vintage that got away, we are recreating it. I've wanted to do this for a long time; find a vintage item that got away from me and try to sew up a replica for myself. Our first piece of vintage that got away is this stunning 1950s square collared dress with a pleated skirt all finished in a striped and floral fabric. To create this dress, I used the Night and Day Dress from Charm Patterns and some fabric from KL which has been in my stash for over 7 years.
