I've been seeing lots of multicoloured gingham dresses around lately so I wanted to try and make my own. I used a retro Weigels 2089 pattern from the 1950s/1960s. Using pink, orange and yellow gingham I created a ruffled panel skirt with extra swish and despite a few hiccups along the way, it turned out to be quite the cute summer dress.
