In this video I’m taking you through a real “day in the life” of my forex journey—from my morning routine and getting my mind right, to hopping into mentorship and actually talking through my thought process on the charts. I’m practicing fractal structure, mapping ranges, identifying initiation vs mitigation, and learning how to stop forcing trades just because I see a change of character. One of the biggest lessons that corrected me is this: even after a break of structure, to confirm a pullback has started, I need to see a bullish break of structure—not just a CHoCH—before I start hunting entries. Later in the video I do an end-of-week rundown and break down trades on my dashboard (Euro Yen and USDCHF). I show how I’m using higher timeframe narrative, medium timeframe immediate bias, and lower timeframe execution—because my mentor drilled into me that each timeframe has a job, and once I respected that, it saved me from doing unnecessary things. I also talk about old unmitigated demand zones acting as POIs that can facilitate pullbacks, and I explain my stance on news: I don’t “trade news” like gambling entries—I only let a trade run through news if I’ve already been in it for hours and my model is confirmed. Overall, it was a challenging week, but it was all about building confidence, familiarity with the edge, and being more intentional with risk and execution.
