In this after-college vlog, I’m winding down with a cozy night routine while living alone in London (and yes, I’m still carrying that Bangladesh calm with me). The main thing I needed to do was study—my college gave me these sheets and I have to finish them by next week, so I sat down and started solving them right away. It’s one of those realistic evenings where it’s not about being perfect, it’s just about showing up and getting it done. I also shared one of my biggest productivity habits: visually tracking my progress. I made a 30-day wellness tracker in Canva, printed it out, and I use it to track my diet, workouts, skincare, and self-study. I’ve learned that when I can see everything clearly (on paper, on my wall), I stay more consistent and my tasks actually get completed. I even track my namaz in my diary too, because having that structure genuinely helps me feel more ahead and more grounded in my day-to-day life.
