Should you invest in a Eevee Evoutions Premium Collection Box?

Is the Eevee Evolutions Premium Collection Box worth investing in? Should you get pay the premium for this box? This box can be found exclusively at Gamestop in Canada and the United States. I find the retail on this product is a bit high and that is driven by the fact they have 9 black star promo's included with this box. Not new promos but they vary from the Sword and Shield era.
