The Bellman CX25P is hands-down the most exciting and most bougie way I’m making coffee at camp right now. It lets me pull espresso around two bars of pressure and steam milk with the built-in wand, so I can make a real latte and even practice latte art at the campsite. There’s a learning curve (I’ve only had it a couple weeks), but it’s ridiculously fun once you get it going.
