Most Versatile Antenna for POTA? Simple Mod to Use the Radioddity HF-009 on a Mag Mount and More!

On July 6, 2025, I did a Parks on the Air (POTA) activation in the Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor (US-6532) with the new @Radioddityradio HF-009 Antenna. I used a 1-inch 3/8-24 stud barrel adapter that allows the antenna to be used on a mag mount and other mounts without having to use the spike. Many thanks to @temporarilyoffline for the tip!
