Follow Joel here: https://www.instagram.com/achefcalledjoel/ FOLLOW ME ON INSTA! https://www.instagram.com/michellekhare/ TEAM MK: Creative Director - Garrett Kennell https://www.instagram.com/garrettkennell Editor - Stephen Castro Camera Operator - AJ Young RECIPES Soufflé: 4 eggs divided 1/3c sugar + 2 Tablespoons 6oz Chocolate hazelnut spread 1c milk 1/2c flour + more for dusting 2 Tablespoons butter Preheat the oven to 375 Butter a medium sized ramekin and coat with flour. Melt the butter and flour together with the 1/3c of sugar until a paste forms. add milk and cook until thick. Add in the hazelnut spread and egg yolks. Mix till combined and set aside. In a separate bowl combine the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Beat with electric mixer until soft peaks. Add the 2 Tablespoons of sugar. And beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in the egg whites with the chocolate mixture. Add to soufflé dish and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Serve immediately with whipped cream. Pears. 6 Small pears Blue cheese crumbles Target brand vanilla granola 2 Tablespoons of Sugar 2 Tablespoons of Butter Peel and core pears and cut into quarters. Mix the pears and butter in a sauté pan and melt. Cool until it begins to brown slightly and then add the pear quarters. Cook on each side, until golden brown. Remove from pan and flippers quarters up so core is exposed, and add blue cheese crumbles. Broil for a minute or leave as is. Top with granola.
