About This Video

This week was honestly a wild one, y’all. In this vlog I’m taking you along while I stay locked in on my health journey—getting my movement in, feeding my family, and still trying to keep my mindset right even when life is doing the most. I’m using my Funmily walking pad to help me hit my daily steps (I’m aiming for that 10k), and I’m showing how I work activity into real mom life instead of waiting for the “perfect” time. I also got in the kitchen and made some healthier Southern comfort food, because I’m not giving up the flavors I love—I’m just being more intentional. And then… boom. Somebody hit my car out of nowhere. I’m sharing that moment and how I still kept it pushing, because that’s real life: you can be focused, doing good, and something random still happens. If you’re on your own wellness journey, I hope this vlog reminds you that consistency doesn’t mean perfection—it means you keep going.
