I've been a fan of Third Eye Blind (3EB) since their initial debut in 1997. Semi-Charmed Life was the biggest hit on the album and catapulted them into stardom. Years later they are still going strong. Stephan Jenkins was on a motorcycle at night. He was thrown into the air, certain he was going to die; in that moment, he saw her face. This song is what he wrote about it. This episode I listen and discuss the song "My Hit & Run" from the 2003 album "Out of Vein". Presumably many of the songs were written during/after his relationship with film star Charlize Theron. This song discusses life, loss and wishing we had more time. Do you listen to 3EB?
