To join the early bird waitlist visit https://www.freeformcuff.com In this video, I explain the number one problem beginning to intermediate jewelry makers are facing. And it has nothing to do with creativity or lack of ideas. It’s a much deeper rooted problem. Plus, I walk you through some of the jewelry creation workflow I have been developing and using over the past 18 years. I call it my “Savvy Artisan Approach”. Why? Let’s look at the definition of Savvy: experienced, knowledgeable, and well-informed. Well, that is what this approach is all about, gaining experience, knowledge and understanding of how to control your torch and other tools through the creation process. You see, most of my students and YouTube subscribers are facing the same problems: They have a ton of ideas and an abundance of creativity. But at the same time, they have a million unfinished pieces sitting on their bench and when they do finish a piece, they don’t feel it has the same finish of something they would find in a store or gallery, or it doesn’t have what it takes to make it stand out from others. It seems like people are staying stuck. They learn some skills. And then plateau. There’s a couple of things you can do to overcome this, and that’s exactly what I talk about in the first video in my free 6-part video series. Enjoy! ~Melissa P.S. In the next video, I’ll explain exactly how to start implementing my Savvy Artisan Approach. And I will walk you through a simple exercise that will more fully explain the difference between torches and how to choose the right one to get the job done. So make sure you stay on the lookout so you don’t miss the next email. Also, in case you haven’t placed your name on the early-access waitlist for my Freeform Cuff Workshop, which is a project based-technique driven workshop, you can do that here. https://www.FreeformCuff.com I’ve been getting a lot of interest in the class. And in order to make sure I can help everyone personally, I’ve decided to keep the class small and only accept a small number of new students for the time being. I feel like that’s better for everyone. So unless you’re on the early-access waitlist, I’m not sure you’ll be able to get a spot.
