(ish) vanilla pudding mix ½ c. and 3/4 c. peanut butter (divided) 1 c. powdered sugar Whipped topping 1 baked pie crust Milk (according to pudding mix package) For filling: Cook pudding according to package directions and remove from heat. Stir in half a cup of peanut butter. While filling is cooling slightly, make crumb mixture: Mix ¾ c. peanut butter with 1 c. powdered sugar. Use your hands to incorporate. Put half of the crumbs in the bottom of the baked pie shell and pour pudding over it. Once completed cooled and set and ready to serve, top with whipped topping and other half of crumbs for garnish!
