Getting a day off as a homemaker is a pretty rare and glamorous occasion! So I wanted to show you ways that I'm caring for myself and sprinkling in little things for "me" right in the middle of my homemaking! It's not selfish. The kids actually benefit. And it makes me love my job as a homemaker all the more. Instead of waiting for free time, I'm learning to treat myself INSIDE real life. Making a colorful fruit water, listening to a fun or uplifting podcast while I start my morning routine, feeding myself food I'm ACTUALLY excited to put in my mouth, and doing things I love (like thrifting) right along side my kids.
