Then I generate a technical prompt + PRD using ChatGPT, and I feed that into Antigravity in Planning mode. Antigravity creates the backend (Node/Express + APIs), frontend (React), and the database layer using Prisma so the tenant separation is enforced in the schema.

Multi-tenant means different companies (tenants) use the same application, but their data and UI context stay isolated. In my demo, two tenants can log in side-by-side and they can’t see each other’s projects or team members. That separation is achieved through proper relational design (tenant table, users, tenant-user mapping) and API checks.

Because I don’t want to waste tokens doing long discussions inside the agent. I use ChatGPT to refine requirements, get best practices, and generate a final technical prompt plus a PRD. Then I give Antigravity exactly what it needs to do: code and assemble the project.

The project ends up as a monorepo: a backend folder and a frontend folder. Backend is Node.js with Express and a REST API layer, frontend is React, and the database is PostgreSQL. For database access I use Prisma ORM, which saves a lot of manual SQL work.

I open the backend .env file and update the DATABASE_URL with the correct connection string. In Supabase, I go to Connect → ORM tab, select Prisma, and copy the connection string (making sure the password is correct). After that I run the Prisma migrate command from the backend folder to sync the schema.

Prisma is the ORM layer between your API and your database, so you don’t have to write raw SQL queries for everything. You define your models in schema.prisma and Prisma generates and syncs the actual tables. If you add a column later, you update the Prisma schema and migrate—no manual altering inside the database.

How do you run the Antigravity-generated full stack project locally?

I run the backend and frontend separately because they’re on different ports. From the backend folder I run the dev command to start the API server, and from the frontend folder I run the dev command to start React. Once both are running, I can register/login, pick a workspace/organization, and see tenant-specific dashboards.
