Java is commonly used for building web applications, mobile apps (especially Android), enterprise software, and backend systems. Its strong typing, extensive libraries, and robust runtime environment (JVM) make it ideal for scalable, maintainable applications. Java's “write once, run anywhere” philosophy ensures that code runs consistently across different platforms, making it a top choice for developers in both academic and professional environments. #Java #JavaTutorial #HowToJava ------- ⚠️ DISCLAIMER: This Channel Does Not Promote Any illegal content, all content provided by This Channel is meant for EDUCATIONAL purposes only. About This Video

In this video, I walk you through how to sort an array in Java quickly and efficiently, starting from the simplest case and then leveling up to custom sorting. I begin with a small setup where I generate five random numbers, and then I show the clean, standard approach for primitive arrays using Arrays.sort(). If your array is filled with primitive types like int or char, you can keep it straightforward: import the Arrays class, call sort, and you’re done. When you print the array, you’ll clearly see the original values first and the sorted result right after. After that, I cover the part that trips a lot of people up: sorting arrays that contain objects instead of primitives. I switch the example to Integer (the wrapper class for int), and then I show how to sort using a Comparator. I create a comparator instance, make sure the generic type matches the object type, and override compare() to define custom logic—like sorting in descending order by reversing the usual comparison. Finally, I run Arrays.sort() again, but this time with the comparator as the second argument, and print the results so you can verify the reverse order sort. By the end, you’ll know how to sort basic arrays, object arrays, and arrays in custom orders.
