Prime Rib Roast 1:11 Season the Ribeye Steak 2:39 Sear and Cook the Ribeye Steak 4:42 Baste with Herbs, Butter and Garlic Cloves 6:08 Fry 3 Eggs Sunny Side up 7:10 Taste Test the Ribeye Steak and Eggs ⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️ • 1 to 1.5 inch thick Beef Ribeye Steak • 3 Large Eggs • Kosher Salt to Taste • Salt and Pepper to Taste • Garlic Powder to Taste • Thyme and Rosemary to Taste • 2-3 Garlic Cloves • 1/2 TBSP of Butter to Baste the Steak • Oil for the Pan 👉Cooking Instructions: • In a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add some avocado oil or peanut oil and sear the ribeye steak quickly for 1-2 minutes on both sides to form a nice crust, and don't forget about the edges. Then lower the burner temperature to medium-low and add in the butter, rosemary, and thyme and finish cooking the steak, basting it with butter. When done to your liking using a meat thermometer, remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes. While the steak is resting, in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat, cook 3 eggs sunny-side up.
