An Egg in an Egg Western Style 0:11 Main Ingredients 0:55 Slice the Onions and Peppers 5:42 Egg Mixture and Seasonings 8:18 Add an Egg in the Egg Ring 8:45 Add the Egg Mixture 10:14 Add Cheddar Cheese and Green Onion Leaves 11:53 Taste Test the Egg in an Egg Western Style ⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️ • 3 Slices of Smoked Ham - Chopped • 4 Eggs • 1/4 Onion - Chopped • 1/4 Red Pepper - Chopped • 1/4 Green Pepper - Chopped • 2 Green Onions - Chopped • 1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese • 1 oz. of Regular Milk • 1/8 TSP Salt • 1/8 TSP Pepper • 1/4 TSP Garlic Powder • 1/2 TSP Parsley Flakes • Oil for the Pan 👉Cooking Instructions: • In an oiled non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the oiled egg ring and crack an egg in the ring, and add the egg mixture around the egg ring with the chopped ham, onions, the white part of the green onions, and peppers; cover and cook until the eggs start to firm up some, then remove the egg ring and add the cheddar cheese on top and some green onion leaves. Cover and finish cooking; when done to your liking, remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Season to taste and serve with a side of toast and with your favorite beverage.
