Thank you for your support! ⌚Timestamps: 0:00 Tender Juicy Ribeye Steak with Sautéed Onions, Mushrooms and Asparagus 0:14 Main Ingredients 1:07 Slice the Onion, and the AnySharp Knife Sharpener 2:44 Cut the Bottoms off the Asparagus 3:22 Season the Ribeye Steak 5:09 Sauté the Mushrooms and Onions 8:49 Sear and Cook the Ribeye Steak in Bacon Grease and Butter 12:13 Sauté the Asparagus in Garlic Butter 15:50 Taste Test the Ribeye Steak with Sautéed Onions, Mushrooms and Asparagus ⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️ • 1.25 inch thick Beef Ribeye Steak • 1/2 Pound of Mushrooms - Sliced • 1 Sweet Onion - Sliced • 1/2 Pound of Asparagus • Kosher Salt to Taste • Salt and Pepper to Taste • Garlic Powder to Taste • Thyme and Rosemary to Taste • Parsley Flakes to Taste • 1 TSP of Minced Garlic • 1 TSP of Bacon Grease to Baste the Steak • 1 TBSP of Butter to Baste the Steak and Asparagus • Oil for the Pan 👉Cooking Instructions: • In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add some avocado oil or peanut oil and sauté the mushrooms and onions in garlic butter, season to taste. When done, cover and put aside for later. Next, in a cast iron skillet over high heat, add some avocado oil or peanut oil and sear the ribeye steak quickly for 1-2 minutes on both sides to form a nice crust. Then lower the burner temperature to medium-high and add in the butter, rosemary, and thyme and finish cooking the steak, basting it with bacon fat and butter. When done to your liking using a meat thermometer, remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes. While the steak is resting, clean and wipe out the pan if needed and sauté the asparagus in garlic butter.
