Thank you for your support! ⌚Timestamps: 0:00 Tender, Juicy Beef and Bok Choy Stir Fry 0:12 Main Ingredients 1:04 AnySharp Knife Sharpener, Slice the Vegetables 9:56 Slice the Grass Fed Beef 12:17 Beef Marinade 13:16 Soy Sauce Mixture 14:21 Stir-Fry the Vegetables 17:33 Stir-Fry the Grass Fed Beef 18:53 Add the Vegetables back in 19:28 Add the Soy Sauce Mixture and Green Onions 20:50 Taste Test the Tender, Juicy Beef and Bok Choy Stir Fry ⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️ • 1 Pound of Grass Fed Beef for Stew - Sliced thin • 7-8 Bok Choy Sticks - Slice and Cut Into sections - keep stem and leafy part separate • 2 Sweet Onion - Sliced 3 Green Onions - Sliced and keep stem and leafy part separate 2 TBSP of Rice Wine (Optional) • Oil for the Pan 👉Beef Marinade: • 2 TBSP of Soy Sauce • 1/2 TSP of Baking Soda • 2 TBSP of Water • 2 TSP of Cornstarch (Optional) • 1 TBSP of Oil (Optional) 👉 Soy Sauce Mixture: • 1/4 Cup of Chicken Broth • 2 TBSP of Soy Sauce • 1/2 TSP of Minced Garlic • 1/2 TSP of Black Pepper • 1/2 TSP of Red Pepper Flakes • 2 TBSP of Oyster Sauce • 1 TSP of Cornstarch 👉Cooking Instructions: • In an oiled cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add the onions, bok choy bottoms, and green onion stems, and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes, until tender but still crunchy or done to your liking, then add in the bok choy leaves and stir-fry until the bok choy leaves start to wilt, then remove everything from the pan and set aside for later. Next, in the same pan over medium-high heat, add a little more oil to the pan and stir-fry the marinated beef briefly on both sides, season to taste, and add some rice wine (optional). When the wine has evaporated off, add the vegetables back in and stir-fry briefly, then lower the burner temperature to medium-low and add the seasoned soy sauce mixture and gently mix everything together until the sauce becomes thicker. Add some green onion leaves and mix them in, and you're done. Serve over white rice or noodles garnished with some green onion leaves.
