Thank you for your support! ⌚Timestamps: 0:00 Mildly Spicy Beef and Bok Choy Stir Fry 0:12 Main Ingredients 0:52 Slice the Vegetables 2:26 AnySharp Knife Sharpener, Slice the Vegetables 2:51 Slice the Bok Choy 5:13 Beef Marinade 6:13 Soy Sauce Mixture 7:12 Stir-Fry the Vegetables 11:52 Stir-Fry the Marinated Beef 13:00 Add the Soy Sauce Mixture 13:36 Add the Vegetables back in 14:32 Taste Test the Mildly Spicy Beef and Bok Choy Stir Fry ⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️ • 1 Pound of Grass Fed Angus Beef - Sliced thin • 1 Large Head of Bok Choy - Slice and Cut Into sections - keep stem and leafy part separate • 1 Cup of Carrots - Sliced thin like Match Sticks • 1 Cup of Celery - Sliced thin like Match Sticks • 2 Sweet Onion - Sliced • 3-4 Slices of Ginger • 2 TBSP of Rice Wine (Optional) • Oil for the Pan 👉Beef Marinade: • 2 TBSP of Soy Sauce • 1/2 TSP of Baking Soda • 2 TBSP of Water • 2 TSP of Cornstarch • 1 TBSP of Oil 👉 Soy Sauce Mixture: • 1/4 Cup of Chicken Broth • 2 TBSP of Soy Sauce • 1/2 TSP of Minced Garlic • 1/2 TSP of Black Pepper • 1/2 TSP of Red Pepper Flakes • 2 TBSP of Oyster Sauce • 1 TSP of Cornstarch 👉Cooking Instructions: • In an oiled cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add the ginger, onions, bok choy bottoms, carrots, and celery sticks and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add the bok choy leaves and add water to steam the vegetables; cover and cook until tender but still crunchy or done to your liking. When the bok choy leaves start to wilt, remove everything from the pan and set aside for later. Next, in the same pan over medium-high heat, add a little more oil to the pan and stir-fry the marinated beef briefly on both sides, and add some rice wine (optional). When the wine has evaporated off, lower the burner temperature to medium-low and add in the soy sauce mixture. When the sauce starts to thicken, add the vegetables back in and stir-fry briefly, and you're done. Serve plain over white rice or noodles garnished with some sesame seeds (optional).
