Can of Sliced Mushrooms • 1 14 oz. Can of La Choy Bean Sprouts • 2 TBSP of Rice Wine (optional) • 1 TBSP of Minced Garlic - To stir-fry the Vegetables • Sesame Seeds • Oil for the Pan 👉Chicken Marinade: • 1/2 TSP Soy Sauce • 1/2 TSP Oyster Sauce • 1 TBSP of Water • 1/2 TSP of Baking Soda • 1/4 TSP Black Pepper • 2 TBSP of Cornstarch • 1 TBSP of Sesame Oil 👉 Soy Sauce Mixture: • 1/4 Cup of Chicken Broth • 2 TBSP of Soy Sauce • 1/2 TSP of Minced Garlic • 1/2 TSP of Black Pepper • 1/2 TSP of Red Pepper Flakes • 1 TSP of White Vinegar • 2 TBSP of Oyster Sauce • 1 TSP of Cornstarch 👉Cooking Instructions: • In a hot cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, add about 2 oz. of oil to the pan. Now add the peppers and onions, and quickly stir-fry them. Don't overcook the vegetables, then add the mushrooms and minced garlic and continue to stir-fry everything for 1-2 minutes. When done, remove them from the pan and place them in a bowl; set aside for later. Next, in the same pan, add more oil if needed, add the sliced marinated chicken to the hot pan, and stir-fry quickly. Add the stems of the green onions and continue to stir-fry, then add the peppers, onions and mushrooms back in and give them a mix, and add in the bean sprouts and the sliced jicama. Don't overcook the bean sprouts or the jicama. Add some rice wine (optional) and continue to stir-fry until done to your liking. Now lower the burner temperature to medium-low and add in the soy sauce mixture and mix until the sauce starts to thicken up and everything is coated and has an even color, and you're done.
