Thank you for your support! ⌚Timestamps: 0:00 Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi with Pasta, Peppers and Onions 0:12 Main Ingredients 1:00 Slice the Bell Peppers and Green Onions 7:34 Using the Elite Gourmet Burner to Cook the Fettuccine 9:35 Sauté the Green and Red Bell Peppers and Green Onion Stems 10:55 Sauté the Shrimp until Pink and Done to your Liking 14:49 Deglaze the Pan and Make the Garlic Butter Sauce 16:56 Add in the Precooked Vegetables and Seasonings 18:12 Add in the Precooked Fettuccine 18:53 Add in the Precooked Shrimp 19:43 Add Parsley Flakes and Garnish with Green Onions 21:20 Taste Test the Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi with Pasta, Peppers and Onions ⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️ • 1-1/4 Pounds of Extra Large Shrimp - Cleaned and Peeled • 1/4 Pound of Precooked Fettuccine Pasta Noodles • 1/4 Green Bell Pepper • 1/4 Red Bell Pepper • 1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese • 6 Green Onions - Chopped • 2-3 TBSP of Minced Garlic • 5 TBSP of Butter • 2 TBSP of Lemon Juice • 1 TBSP of Parsley Flakes • 1/2 TSP of Red Pepper Flakes • Salt to Taste • Pepper to Taste • Oil for the Pan 👉Cooking Instructions: • In a pot of boiling water, add the fettuccine pasta noodles and cook them until al dente, drain, and place in a bowl for later. Next, in an oiled skillet over medium heat, add the peppers and the stems of the green onions; sauté until tender but still a little crunchy. When done, leave them in the pan, remove them from heat, and put them aside for now. Next, in an oiled skillet over medium heat, add 1-1/4 pounds of shrimp, cleaned and peeled, and sauté for 1-2 minutes on both sides until pink and cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan, place in a bowl, and set aside for now. In the same pan over medium heat, add some white wine and give it a stir to deglaze the pan, then add the butter, minced garlic, green and red bell peppers, and green onion stems back in, season to taste, and add in the red pepper flakes (optional). Sauté and cook the garlic butter sauce until flavors are incorporated; lower the heat to medium-low and add in the precooked fettuccine pasta noodles and shrimp back into the pan and stir them in gently; sauté for about 1 minute; add the parsley flakes and stir them in gently; add the green onion leaves on top and give them a gentle mix, and you're done.
