Thank you for your support! ⌚Timestamps: 0:00 Easy Delicious Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffee on a Blackstone Rangetop Grill 0:15 Main Ingredients 2:00 Slice the Vegetables 15:23 Drain and Defrost the Raw Shrimp 15:51 Remove Boudreaux's Crawfish Tail Meat from the Package 16:17 Start Cooking the Shrimp on the Blackstone Rangetop Grill 21:30 Sauté the Green and Red Bell Peppers and Onions 23:21 Add Better Than Bouillon Clam Base and seasonings 25:10 Add Butter 26:39 Add Hatch Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies and Minced Garlic 27:45 Add the Celery and the Bottoms of the Green Onions 30:06 Add the Cream of Celery Soup 32:04 Add the Boudreaux's Crawfish Tail Meat and Shrimp 33:34 Taste Test the Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffee ⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️ • 12 oz. of Boudreaux's Crawfish Tail Meat • 1 Pound of Large Wild Gulf Shrimp • 2 Sticks of Butter • 1 Large Onion - Diced • 1 Green Bell Pepper - Diced • 1 Red Bell Pepper - Diced • 3 Ribs or Sticks of fresh celery - Diced • 5 Green Onions - Chopped • 1 TBSP Minced Garlic • 1 Can of HATCH Tomato and Green Chilies • 1 Can (10.5 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup • 1 Can (10.5 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom or shrimp soup (optional, for extra depth) • 1 Cup of Chicken Broth or water or (seafood stock or bouillon used to thin the soup) • Creole seasoning (e.g., Tony Chachere's), to taste or Make your own Creole seasoning to taste; with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme. • 1 TBSP of Old Bay Seasoning • Parsley Flakes • 2 Cups of White rice, for serving 👉Cooking Instructions: • In a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and sauté the raw shrimp. When the shrimp is almost done to your liking, add butter, garlic powder, and parsley flakes to taste and sauté for another minute or two, then shut off the burner and remove the shrimp and place it in a bowl and set it aside for later. Next in the same pan over medium heat, add a little oil to the pan and add the peppers and onions, sauté until the onions have become a little translucent and the peppers are tender but firm, then add a little chicken broth and some clam based bouillon mix that in, season to taste and add old bay season and stir that in, add butter and mix that in, add tomatoes and green chilies and minced garlic and mix well, add the celery and stems of the green onions and simmer for about 15 minutes, then add in the cream of celery soup with some chicken broth, stir until everything is mixed good, then add in the cooked crawfish and the cooked garlic butter shrimp, stir to mix everything together and your done, Serve over a bed of white rice topped with green onion leaves.
