Add the shrimp and fry until both sides are golden pink, then remove them from the pan and put them aside for now. Next, in the same pan over medium heat, add a little more oil to the pan if needed and stir-fry the onions and the frozen vegetables with minced garlic and some rice wine for about 2 minutes, then remove them from the pan and place them in a bowl; set aside for later. Next, in the same pan over medium heat, add the roasted pork, season to taste, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes to warm and release the flavors. When done, remove them from the pan and place them in a bowl; set aside for later. Next, in the same pan over medium heat, add a little more oil if needed and stir-fry the precooked rice with the soy sauce mixture. Mix until the rice is an even color, lower the heat to medium-low, and move everything to one side of the pan, and add in a little more oil. Then add in the beaten egg mixture and lightly scramble the eggs. When the eggs are done, add the precooked roasted pork, vegetables, and shrimp back in and mix everything together. Then add the parsley flakes and combine everything together, and you're done. Plate it up and serve with your favorite beverage.
