Next, in the same pan, add the egg mixture and soft scramble them like ribbons. When done to your liking, move the eggs to one side of the pan. Next, build the sandwich: add one slice of buttered white bread, add one slice of sharp cheese, add the eggs and another slice of cheese, add both grilled hot dogs, add the last slice of sharp cheese, season to taste, and add the last slice of bread.
