Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking the pork chops on each side, flipping them every 1-2 minutes, basting with butter, and adding seasonings to taste. When the internal temperature reaches 145°F–155°F or desired doneness, pull them from the pan. Remember to pull them out of the pan at least 5°F before your target temperature. When done to your liking, remove the pork chops from the pan and let them rest while the pork chops are resting. Quickly sauté the asparagus in garlic butter and serve them with the pork chops and your favorite beverage.
