Originally made with flank steak, London broil is often made with other lean cuts of beef, like top sirloin or top or bottom round steak. 😊Please Subscribe 👉 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSTMopKA8uWpYqI4PKzHj3g?sub_confirmation=1 👉See Related Videos: Playlist How to Cook Roasts and Steaks to Make them more Tender and Juicy: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLxLcRmPbdWVobafkGvB7Azs4-9ZKfk20- 👉See Related Videos: 👍Instant Pot: 3 Delicious Sous Vide Pork Loin and Butt Roast Dinner Recipes: https://youtu.be/CfaS1U-JVBA 👍Cooking a Chuck Roast Like a Steak Reverse Seared Tastes Better Than Ribeye: https://youtu.be/t4gqKE7pVqE 👍Turn a Chuck Roast into two Tender Juicy Steaks Dry Brine and Reverse Seared: https://youtu.be/RK8SaN9g7q0 👍Turn a Rump Roast into two Tender Juicy Steaks: https://youtu.be/pwoxQLXSrRo 👉Amazon Gadgets, Products and Tools Used in this Video: AnySharp Knife Sharpener - https://amzn.to/41onqDC ASETY Kitchen Knife Set - https://amzn.to/3M9K6RB OXO Meat Tenderizer - https://amzn.to/3rP10OE Lodge 12" Skillet with Glass Lid - https://amzn.to/3sehzmU Digital Food Thermometer - https://amzn.to/3DVMO8J Kitchen Scissor Tongs - https://amzn.to/41E5sgo Stainless Steel Spatula Set - https://amzn.to/3rgMWgk Disclosure: As an Amazon Associate, this channel earns from qualifying purchases. Make sure to pull the steak out of the oven 5-10°F below your target temperature. Next, in an oiled cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, reverse sear the London broil steak on all sides for 2-3 minutes per side, then reduce the heat to medium-low, baste the steak with butter and rosemary, season to taste, and finish cooking the steak to medium-rare 130°F–135°F or done to your liking. Remove from heat, put the London broil steak on a cutting board, and let the steak rest for about 5–10 minutes. While the steak is resting in the same pan, make an au jus. To make the au jus, add a half cup of dry red drinking wine to the pan, add a half cup of beef stock or beef bouillon to the pan, and add the leftover marinade juices (optional), and if needed, add more seasonings to taste, stirring and simmering for 5 minutes. When done to your liking, put the au jus steak dipping sauce in a Pyrex pitcher or small glass bowl and serve with the London broil steak.
