There are only five ingredients: raw almond flour, an egg, a tablespoon of full fat 35% heavy cream, less than a teaspoon of baking powder, and 40-80 grams of cheese. That's it! Perfect for the ketogenic diet, and a fast keto recipe! That's why I only share keto or slow carb diet recipes that are tremendously easy in execution, time spent, and sheer number of ingredients. This recipe is actually my mom's, and being so sweet, as soon as I was diagnosed as being dangerously pre-diabetic and called her to tell her that I had no choice and had to do keto and intermittent fasting, she whipped this quick & delicious keto bread cheese loaf and brought it to me. She taught me how to make it, and I was blown away by how super fast and easy the recipe and ingredients were, that once or twice a month, I just have to make it. I do NOT recommend this to be a daily staple, since it's quite high calorically, and is too easy (at least for me), to eat in one sitting. But that said, from a macro breakdown perspective, it's absolutely, confidently keto compliant with just 15 net-grams of carbs or less (if you use less cheese than I do).
