From a week to week basis, I just have to plan my daily meal once a week, and do groceries once a week. Keto and OMAD (or intermittent fasting) is something I would never have thought I could do before actually trying it. I'm shocked at how quickly I got into the swing of things, and am so thankful for the clean and healthy version of the ketogenic diet combined with the autophagy benefits that come along with OMAD (one meal a day), or even just intermittent fasting with at least 18 hours per day.
