If your Morphy Richards S1 Pro Ductless Air Conditioner is leaking a lot and occasionally showing a P04 error then this might be your solution...even though it's not in the manual Morphy Richards told me the issue! Turns out, it might need descaling. Here are the exact instructions they sent me: It may be due to the accumulation of scale. We recommend that you perform a descaling operation first. To avoid damage to the floor due to water leakage during the descaling process, it is recommended to run the descaling operation in the bathroom. Please follow the below steps: 1. First, drain the water from the chassis. 2. Add citric acid or baking soda to the water tank at a 5% ratio (i.e., add 75g of citric acid or baking soda if the water tank is full). 3. Reinstall the water tank onto the machine, then power on and start the machine. 4. Once the water in the chassis is full and overflows, turn off and disconnect the power. 5. Wait for a period of time, then drain the water from the chassis again. 6. Power on and start the machine again to check if the water leakage has improved. 7. If there is still water leakage, repeat steps 2-3 above 2-3 times. Check out the S1 Pro here: https://geni.us/dVOdh
