To get there, it’s about a 30 minute drive from Bueng Kan city, heading to Phu Sing National Park. They charge 500 THB ($16.72) for entire truck, so you can pool with other people if you like, or you can take the private truck, which is still affordable. I think they’ve done a great job with the tour so it remains pristine and natural. Along with seeing the amazing 3 whales rock, you’ll also visit a few more sights within the park - but nothing compares to the 3 whales rock.
