Between their two restaurants, they serve around 20,000 people per day! You arrive to Hadramount Anter and you can already see how huge this restaurant is and the buzz and energy that surrounds it. They have a butchery at the front where many people come to buy fresh lamb and beef. But keep going and they have a huge restaurant that goes up many floors. They are famous for Egyptian style mandi inspired by Yemeni and Gulf cuisine - a tray of rice served with slow cooked lamb underground. Additionally they serve you a variety of grilled meats, Egyptian kebabs, and Egyptian tarb - kofta wrapped in caul fat and grilled.
