Today we’re visiting the amazing Nam Lod Cave (ถ้ำน้ำลอด), which is about an hour drive from the city of Pai - it also happens to be the best cave I’ve ever visited in Thailand. Part of the reason it’s so cool is that you take a bamboo raft straight through the center of the cave floating on a river, teeming with fish. It’s almost surreal to be within the tunnel, water flowing, fish all around you without any light but the lantern. Along with the bamboo raft ride, we also walked around the cave, saw some of the most important sights, and a series of ancient coffins high in a cavern.
