Today for lunch we’re going to a popular restaurant that specializes in bbq meats, tagines and tangia and we’re trying it all! A huge thank you to Moroccan Food Tour (https://moroccanfoodtour.com/) for arranging my trip to Morocco! We arrived just in time when they were putting in a fresh batch of tangias or meat cooked in spices in a vase shaped clay pot. They then simmer in their own juices for hours over charcoal in the clay pot. They also specialize in famous Moroccan tanjia, the clay pan with a cone shaped lid. We also got a mix of meats grilled on the bbq.
